A middle-aged man with moderate obstructive sleep apnea demonstrated clinically meaningful improvement following iNAP therapy. After two months of nightly use, apnea–hypopnea index and arousal burden decreased significantly, accompanied by marked improvement in daytime sleepiness. This case highlights iNAP as a potential non-invasive alternative for selected patient's intolerant to CPAP.
