Intraoral Negative Pressure Therapy in Mild-to-Moderate OSAHS
Intraoral negative-pressure therapy with the iNAP Lite system demonstrated modest but significant improvement in mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea–hypopnea syndrome. Mean apnea–hypopnea index decreased by approximately 26% on the first treatment night, with improved sleep continuity and good tolerability, supporting iNAP as a practical non-CPAP alternative for selected patients.
