A CPAP-reluctant, treatment-naïve patient with moderate obstructive sleep apnea achieved effective disease control using iNAP oral negative-pressure therapy. After one month of nightly use, apnea–hypopnea index improved from approximately 28 to 5 events per hour, reflecting an 82% reduction, with good adherence, improved symptoms, and minimal transient side effects.
