Head - Global Marketing & Growth - Products & Services
We are seeking a strategic and technology-forward marketing leader to drive Taevas’ global marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
The Head – Global Marketing & Growth will be responsible for building a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine that strengthens brand visibility, generates qualified business opportunities, and supports global expansion of Taevas’ product and service offerings.
This role will oversee multiple marketing channels including digital platforms, events, partnerships, and content while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute Taevas’ global marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across all regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and support geographic expansion initiatives.
2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Build scalable demand-generation programs that contribute directly to business pipeline and revenue growth.
- Align marketing activities closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Design integrated campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.
3. AI-Driven Marketing & Technology Adoption
- Implement AI-powered marketing workflows across content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Evaluate and deploy marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and AI-driven systems.
- Build a technology-enabled marketing ecosystem to improve efficiency and scalability.
4. Product & Solution Marketing
- Lead positioning and messaging for Taevas’ products and services.
- Develop marketing strategies for new product launches and service offerings.
- Support sales teams with value propositions, case studies, and marketing materials.
5. Channel Leadership
Oversee performance and strategic direction of key marketing channels:
- Website & SEO
- Social Media
- Events & Exhibitions
- Partnerships & Alliances
- Content & Brand Communication
6. Marketing Analytics & Performance
- Establish clear marketing performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
- Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
7. Brand Governance & Global Consistency
- Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all markets and communication channels.
- Ensure brand integrity in collaboration with partners, distributors, and regional teams.
8. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
- Mentor channel owners and encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and service teams.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in B2B industries such as medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated sectors preferred.
- Strong exposure to global marketing programs and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel marketing teams.
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, analytics platforms, and modern marketing technologies.

Manager – Global Regulatory Affairs & QMS (ISO 13485)
1. Global Product Registrations
Lead regulatory strategy and execution for product registrations across multiple geographies (India, US, EU, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, LATAM, etc.).
Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers (CDSCO, US FDA, CE/MDR, MOHAP, PMDA, COFEPRIS, etc.).
Coordinate with Notified Bodies, regulatory consultants, testing labs, and local agents.
Maintain Technical Files, Device Master Files (DMF), and regulatory documentation.
Track renewal timelines, variations, and post-approval changes.
2. ISO 13485 – QMS Setup & Management
Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
Develop and standardize SOPs, CAPA processes, internal audits, risk management files (ISO 14971).
Prepare organization for external certification audits.
Ensure alignment between regulatory documentation and QMS processes.
Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews periodically.
3. Regulatory Intelligence & Risk Management
Monitor global regulatory updates and proactively assess impact.
Manage regulatory risks and mitigation strategies.
Provide strategic regulatory guidance during product development and sourcing decisions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, and Sales teams.
Support new product launches with regulatory feasibility assessments.
Coordinate labeling, IFUs, packaging compliance, and UDI implementation.
Assist in regulatory due diligence for new partnerships or OEM sourcing.
7–15 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs.
Mandatory experience in a medical device manufacturing company.
Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 implementation and audits.
Strong exposure to multi-country product registrations.
Experience handling technical documentation, CE marking, and US FDA pathways (510(k) preferred).
Excellent documentation, coordination, and regulatory communication skills.

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to shape and own the visual communication of our brand. As an integral part of our Creative team, you will be responsible to polish and guide our brands – making sure they look and feel consistent across all touchpoints. You’ll be the go-to person for all tasks related to design and brand. Key Responsibilities: - Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas, layouts, and graphics - Produce or coordinate graphic materials for internal and external use (social media ads, banners, illustrations, print) - Coordinate and prioritize visual needs across marketing and cross-functional teams - Develop prototypes and models to ensure aesthetic consistency - Stay updated with industry trends and design applications. Position Summary
