Visual Designer
We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to shape and own the visual communication of our brand. As an integral part of our Creative team, you will be responsible to polish and guide our brands – making sure they look and feel consistent across all touchpoints. You’ll be the go-to person for all tasks related to design and brand. Key Responsibilities: - Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas, layouts, and graphics - Produce or coordinate graphic materials for internal and external use (social media ads, banners, illustrations, print) - Coordinate and prioritize visual needs across marketing and cross-functional teams - Develop prototypes and models to ensure aesthetic consistency - Stay updated with industry trends and design applications. Ability to conceptualize and create high-quality visual materials and a portfolio to show for it -Have strong design aesthetics, and an understanding of the latest design trends, layouts, typography, and color theory. -An eye for detail, but also seeing the bigger picture to make sure everything we create is consistent and has the same look and feel -Excellent coordination and prioritization skills that help you stay on top of your team’s deadlines even when things around you are changing fast -You know your way around Adobe CC - in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Position Summary
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive based in Bangalore, responsible for promoting and selling our medical device products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, regular field visits, and consistent CRM updates through Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, and doctors to promote Taevas medical device products
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory
Attend and represent Taevas Life Science at medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry events
Provide product demonstrations and support doctors with technical/product information
Maintain accurate sales activity records, leads, and pipeline updates in Odoo CRM
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain) for smooth execution of sales plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
2–6 years of experience in field sales (medical devices preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort working in a target-driven, customer-facing environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Highly flexible, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the region
