Warehouse Executive
ob Summary:
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP for managing warehouse processes and inventory tracking. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving & Inspection
• Receive incoming shipments from vendors and verify items against purchase orders and packing lists. • Unload trucks safely at the loading dock and ensure proper placement in designated storage areas. • Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with company standards before storage or dispatch.
2. Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP – including product receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches. • Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile physical and system inventory. • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper product labeling, and optimal utilization of storage space.
3. Order Processing & Logistics
• Prepare and ship customer orders as per delivery schedules. • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage packaging and documentation for returns and coordinate RMA shipments with vendors.
4. System & Process Management
• Create and manage warehouse transactions in Odoo, ensuring real-time accuracy of all entries. • Generate inventory and movement reports for internal departments as needed. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product display and promotional material distribution. • Support procurement and finance teams with inventory-related information and documentation. • Address customer inquiries related to shipment and product availability.
6. 6. Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with OSHA warehouse safety standards and company safety protocols. • Maintain warehouse documentation and logs for audit and compliance purposes. • Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards across all warehouse activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP (Inventory/Logistics modules) is mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems).
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg unassisted.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

1. Global Product Registrations
Lead regulatory strategy and execution for product registrations across multiple geographies (India, US, EU, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, LATAM, etc.).
Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers (CDSCO, US FDA, CE/MDR, MOHAP, PMDA, COFEPRIS, etc.).
Coordinate with Notified Bodies, regulatory consultants, testing labs, and local agents.
Maintain Technical Files, Device Master Files (DMF), and regulatory documentation.
Track renewal timelines, variations, and post-approval changes.
2. ISO 13485 – QMS Setup & Management
