Successful OSA Symptom Control - iNAP

Mandibular advancement oral appliance therapy provided effective symptom control in a CPAP-intolerant obstructive sleep apnea patient. Clinical evidence shows meaningful reductions in apnea severity, improved daytime symptoms, and high long-term adherence. Despite less AHI reduction than CPAP, superior nightly usage supports oral appliances as a practical alternative for selected OSA patients.
