A single-night feasibility study evaluated mask-free intraoral negative-pressure therapy in obstructive sleep apnea patient's intolerant to CPAP. Results demonstrated significant reductions in apnea–hypopnea index, improved oxygenation, and enhanced sleep continuity. Rapid polysomnography-based assessment enabled early responder identification, supporting oral negative-pressure therapy as a practical, non-invasive alternative for selected patients.
